Clearing Operations Manager

Our client, is a leading provider of maritime services to a multi-national clientele, with a well-deserved reputation for consistent and reliable service delivery.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Legal & Administration, you will oversee the company’s Lagos cargo movement logistics operations. Key responsibility will include liaising with clients on assignments, determining the logistical needs and requirements of each assignment, allocating and tracking assignments to ensure delivery targets are met, and supervising Lagos operations staff to ensure maximum effectiveness and productivity.

Aged 35 – 40 years, you will be degree-qualified in Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. You must have a minimum of five years’ managerial experience working in logistics, cargo movement, courier operations or a similar field. You will have a track record of success in managing time-bound operations and strong management skills. Computer literacy and a good working knowledge of common office productivity tools are essential.
